Qualifications

• 10+ years CRE lending experience
• Experience with origination, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Knowledge of CRE product types including construction, bridge, permanent, and lines of credit
• Strong credit judgment and underwriting discipline
• Ability to travel to bank locations as required

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop CRE lending relationships through networking and COIs
• Maintain a robust CRE loan portfolio with regular reviews and covenant monitoring
• Lead underwriting and credit analysis for CRE transactions
• Structure loan terms with appropriate risk mitigants and pricing
• Coordinate documentation, closing, and post‑close portfolio actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and client satisfaction
