Flagstar Bank seeks a Relationship Manager Team Lead-Commercial Real Estate to direct a CRE lending team in San Francisco. The role oversees origination, structuring, pricing, underwriting, and closing of loans while driving revenue growth and risk management.

The candidate will mentor Relationship Managers, coordinate with portfolio managers and product specialists, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial lending.
• 5+ years in Commercial Real Estate Lending Relationship Management and/or commercial lending sales.
• Credit training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• New business origination and relationship development to generate deal flow and improve profitability.
• Mentor, train and lead Relationship Managers; oversee complex and high-risk deals.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, sponsors and borrowers for opportunity analysis and execution.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality, adherence to regulations, and compliance; manage team performance and staffing.
