Qualifications

• Prior experience as CRE or Multifamily lender.
• Mastery of commercial lending ranging from origination to servicing.
• Proven success in marketing and business development.
• Strong credit skills for financial statement & tax return analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, process, and coordinate CRE transactions in line with lending policies.
• Interview applicants and guide them through the loan process.
• Develop relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients and promote banking products.
• Maximize profitability by growing CRE portfolio and pipeline.
• Coordinate loan processing and closing; oversee documentation and disbursements.
• Monitor and service loans; conduct annual reviews and handle renewals.
• Present lending transactions to Loan Committee or Board; collaborate across committees.
