Columbia Bank seeks a Senior CRE Relationship Manager to source and develop full banking relationships with professional developers and sophisticated CRE investors. You will lead underwriting and manage a large CRE portfolio, coordinating with internal partners to deliver financing across construction, bridge, and permanent loans.

The role requires 10+ years of CRE lending experience, strong relationship management, and expert credit analysis.

Formación

• Education in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Experience 10+ years in commercial real estate lending.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and developing full banking CRE relationships; lead lending, deposits, and bank products.
• Lead underwriting and analytics for a large, complex CRE portfolio; monitor credit quality.
• Coordinate underwriting, approvals, and documentation of complex CRE loans.
• Coach/lead underwriting team and external counsel; prepare credit committee memos.
