Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate / banking experience.
• Prior formal credit training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calling activities with assigned customers and targeted prospects to acquire new business.
• Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse CRE relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services.
• Critically review and analyze portfolio to reduce risk and enhance profitability.
• Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring, pricing, collateral, and documentation; analyze industry credit risk.
• Resolve customer problems by engaging product experts as needed.
• Participate in community and business functions to establish referral contacts in the marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
