Commerce Bank is seeking an experienced Real Estate Relationship Manager to manage a loan portfolio and drive new business in the Denver market. The role involves cradle-to-grave relationship management, loan structuring, and cross‑selling a full suite of banking products to commercial clients.

The candidate will maintain strong client relationships, provide credit analysis, and collaborate with product partners to grow profitability while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate / banking experience.
• Prior formal credit training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business by calling on customers and prospects.
• Advice and manage a portfolio of CRE relationships with high satisfaction.
• Cross-sell bank products with product partners.
• Analyze portfolio to reduce risk and increase profitability.
• Process credit requests including structuring, pricing, and documentation.
• Resolve customer problems with cross-functional help.
• Participate in community functions to generate referrals.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
