• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, commercial banking, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of CRE relationships while driving loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, and community networking.
• Analyze financial information and structure lending solutions that meet client needs and bank policies.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver treasury management, capital markets, insurance, private banking, and wealth solutions.
• Present credit opportunities and recommendations through the loan approval process.
• Advise clients on financial strategies, industry trends, and banking solutions that support business objectives.
