PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior within the Complex Loans - Midland organization. Based in the Midland footprint, you will service a complex CRE loan portfolio, handling active cash management and ensuring compliance with loan documents and internal controls.

This role may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, with occasional in-office participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with <1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsabilités

• Applies specialty product knowledge to day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity, including increased communication and autonomy.
• Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of CRE loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties; may review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements; may assist in periodic reporting and covenant testing; maintains servicing records.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation; may serve as a subject matter resource and provide specialty product training.
