PNC is seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst Senior within its Complex Loans team, based in the Midland footprint, to service a CRE loan portfolio with emphasis on cash management and regulatory compliance. The role requires analyzing complex loan agreements and maintaining accurate servicing records while supporting onboarding and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and relevant CRE servicing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory

Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year of professional experience, or completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing and loan documentation.
• Ability to interpret complex loan agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsabilités

• Applies specialty product knowledge to servicing a CRE loan portfolio with elevated borrower relationships.
• Supports day-to-day servicing, processing transactions, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex loan agreements and ensure compliance with laws and servicing docs.
• Maintain accurate servicing records and assist in onboarding loans and tax/insurance administration.
• Conduct covenant testing and manage delinquency collection activities as needed.
