Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Loan Support Analyst Senior for the Complex Loans - Midland team. Based in the Midland footprint, you will service a complex CRE portfolio, manage escalations, and support financial reporting and compliance activities.

You will analyze complex loan documents, apply terms, and coordinate with borrowers and internal stakeholders. The role may offer remote work in select locations with approval, and occasional in-office presence may be required.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with <1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• No visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a complex commercial real estate loan portfolio with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan documents to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Process loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements; assist in periodic reporting.
• Maintain servicing records and support onboarding of new loans and tax/insurance administration.
• Support covenant testing and risk mitigation in line with policies and regulations.
