PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Senior Loan Support Analyst within the Complex Loans – Midland team. Based in the Midland footprint, you will service a complex CRE loan portfolio with active cash management in compliance with servicing agreements and regulations.

This role may be eligible for remote work in select geographies; if approved, work from a quiet home-based workspace with occasional in-office participation. Sponsorship is not provided for employment visas.

Qualifications

• University degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• No Required Certification(s)

Responsabilités

• Servicing a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and complexity.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply loan terms in servicing activities.
• Review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements; prepare periodic investor, internal and regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support onboarding of new loans and transitions of paid-off or transferred loans.
• Support tax and insurance administration and may perform collection activities on delinquent accounts.
