PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior in its Complex Loans – Midland area. You will service a complex CRE loan portfolio with active cash management, ensuring accurate processing and compliant reporting.

The role involves reviewing loan agreements, supporting tax/insurance tasks, and partnering with stakeholders to manage risk and ensure timely investor reporting. Remote work may be approved where eligible.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing complex CRE loans with elevated borrower relationships and complexity, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Analyze and interpret loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities; ensure compliance with docs, policies, laws.
• Review and resolve non-compliant issues; process payments, escrows, disbursements; support covenant testing and onboarding.
• Maintain servicing records, assist in tax and insurance administration, and support reporting to investors and regulators.
