PNC Financial Services, a leading in-office bank, is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to manage the day-to-day servicing of a CRE loan portfolio, including CMBS and agency loans. Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Knowledge of loan servicing, CRE loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency) and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Analyzes and interprets complex loan agreements to apply loan terms in servicing activities.
• Resolves non-compliant issues with internal and external parties; may review payments, escrows and reserves.
• Maintains accurate loan servicing records and supports onboarding of new and transferred loans.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions and contributes to risk mitigation.
