The role focuses on servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, analyzing complex loan agreements, and maintaining accurate servicing records while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required, <1 year of professional experience typical
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination may be considered

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity.
• Analyzes and interprets complex loan agreements to apply loan terms in servicing activities while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements and applicable laws.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties; may assist in processing payments, escrows, and disbursements.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions and contributes to risk mitigation efforts; may provide training and maintain servicing records.
