Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity.
• Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents and accurate processing of transactions and reporting.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties; may review payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements; may assist in periodic reporting and covenant testing; maintains servicing records.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions and contributes to risk mitigation; may serve as a subject matter resource and training provider.
