Job summary

The position is in-office within the Midland-Treasury organization and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant loan servicing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan servicing and CRE loan terms.
• Ability to interpret complex loan agreements for servicing.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity.
• Supports day-to-day servicing of CRE loans, ensuring compliant processing and timely reporting.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
