Job summary

SitusAMC in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned CRE finance professional to manage a portfolio of highly structured commercial real estate loans. You will perform loan surveillance, analyze property cash flows, rent rolls, and market conditions while coordinating with borrowers and lenders.

The role requires a 5+ year track record, a related degree, and proficiency in underwriting, loan servicing, and treasury concepts. A discretionary bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• Proficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily).
• Proficiency with CRE principles including underwriting, loan servicing and treasury practices.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of assigned loans, including communication with Borrowers and Lenders/Investors.
• Processing of borrower requests and consents.
• Analyze property financials and report property/loan performance to Lenders/Investors on a quarterly basis via a Quarterly Asset Report (QAR).
• Correspond with Sponsors/Borrowers for updates on property-level concerns, including CapEx, leasing progress, Construction Status and overall performance.
• Prepare and submit weekly loan portfolio updates identifying relevant issues, discussions and events.
• Monitor loan specific events and triggers.
• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
