Job summary

SitusAMC in Atlanta seeks an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a client's portfolio from acquisition through ongoing servicing. You will be the primary contact for portfolio management, monitor performance, coordinate servicing transfers, and drive asset strategies across multiple servicers and trusts.

You will collaborate with diligence and collateral teams to assess loan-level data, ensure regulatory compliance, and present customized reporting.

Qualifications

College degree in finance, mortgage banking, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8+ years in the industry with AVP-level or external equivalent.
Commercial real estate asset management experience required.
Strong Excel skills and high proficiency with Microsoft products.
Demonstrated teamwork, multitasking, and client-facing abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Oversee a client's portfolio management and servicing oversight across multiple servicers and trusts.
Coordinate servicing transfers, remittance reconciliation, and data reconciliation.
Render workout decisions and drive performance improvements.
Define asset-level strategies post-settlement with diligence and collateral teams.
Develop portfolio campaign strategies and customized reporting.
Ensure delivery of client objectives and team leadership responsibilities.
