Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a Senior Technician to modernize and repair cranes, perform maintenance and troubleshooting in customer sites. The role requires leadership to guide field technicians and act as a liaison with management and customers.

You will work in a safety-first environment with on-call, after-hours and some weekend service as needed to meet customer requirements. Join a 24/7 service team delivering high-quality crane solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of crane repair & maintenance experience.
• Electrical and/or mechanical experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work off the ground at various heights.
• Able to communicate well and work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills for crane inspection programs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes in the field.
• Train and mentor field technicians
• Perform OSHA required hoist and crane inspections and generate inspection reports and repair orders.
• Communicate with the Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule daily work.
• Consult with customers regarding repair and safety issues and recommendations.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and assets in safe working order.
• Operate tools and vehicles safely; report deficiencies.
• Attend trainings and seminars; participate in company programs.
