Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc. seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose, repair, and modernize cranes in the field. You will lead field technicians, coordinate with customers, and perform on-site inspections and upgrades in a safety-first environment.

This role requires 5–7 years of crane repair experience, with strong electrical/mechanical skills and the ability to work on-call and travel to customer sites as needed. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years crane repair and maintenance experience.
• 3–4 years electrical and/or mechanical experience in lieu of crane work.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work at various heights and in field conditions.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites.
• On-call availability and after-hours service as required.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Perform OSHA inspections and generate reports.
• Coordinate with Service/Branch Manager to schedule work daily.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and tools in safe condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and 5 Marks program.
