Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years crane repair and maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years electrical and/or mechanical experience in lieu of crane repair.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must commit to working and driving safely.
• Must be willing to work off the ground at various heights.
• Must be able to communicate well with others and work independently or as a team.

Responsibilities

• Must be on-call and provide after hour services as required.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Perform OSHA required hoist and crane inspections and generate inspection reports and repair orders.
• Communicate with Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule and complete work.
• Consult with customers regarding repair and safety issues and recommendations.
