Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc. seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade cranes and hoists at customer locations. You will lead field technicians and serve as a liaison between management and customers, in a 24/7 service environment.

The role requires collaboration, safety focus, and willingness to provide after-hours and weekend service as needed. 5–7 years crane maintenance experience and leadership ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years crane repair and maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites
• Train and mentor field technicians and communicate with management
• Maintain safety and follow on-call and overtime requirements
• Complete OSHA crane inspections and create inspection reports
