Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a CPQ expert with 4+ years of experience to lead transformative CRM, sales, quoting and pricing initiatives for major clients in the United States. You will guide delivery teams, advise on performance metrics, and help grow Accenture’s Consulting practice while coaching junior teammates.

You will balance technology and business considerations, engage in agile delivery, and drive successful CPQ implementations across diverse back-end systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience architecting CPQ solutions including product modeling, configuration and rules
• Experience with guided configuration, pricing, workflows, approvals and quoting
• Experience with document generation, e-signature, contracts and renewals
• Experience with CPQ platforms such as Conga, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ Cloud, PROS, Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Hands-on development to support the dev team and validate code/scripts

Responsibilities

• Help clients transform and optimize their CRM, sales, quoting and pricing strategies
• Lead delivery teams to build and manage customer relationships and maximize sales
• Advise clients on measures to improve customer satisfaction and business metrics
• Establish long-term client relationships and grow the Accenture Consulting practice
• Coach junior team members and grow own expertise to maintain thought leadership
• Contribute to large-scale CPQ implementations with design, development and integration work
• Resolve integration issues between back-end systems and improve performance
