Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge IT and Services/ Education teams. You will own requirements, design PSA processes, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and Certinia PSA solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage QA/UAT, and drive automation while aligning roadmaps with current priorities and future growth. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, documentation, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis on Salesforce.
• 3+ years with Certinia PSA.
• Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce + PSA deployments.
• Experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and ERP integrations.
• Strong QA/UAT and acceptance criteria definition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Certinia PSA with strong functional knowledge.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish partnership.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and test plans.
• Define enhancements and support PSA maintenance with Services & Education teams.
• Maintain end-to-end PSA processes, data flows, and documentation.
• Communicate complex concepts in simple language and create training materials.
• Develop system docs including data mapping, designs, and test cases.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and deliver scalable automation.
