Consumer Edge is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own and grow our CPG and Grocery client portfolio. This role goes beyond renewals, requiring you to identify whitespace and drive new product lines and use cases. You will collaborate with client stakeholders who rely on our data to inform where to invest, how to price, and how to read market shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in account management or client-facing roles.
• A track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them; expansion/upsell.
• Comfort negotiating with senior stakeholders (VP and above).
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical instincts; ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who chases whitespace.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of a CPG, grocery, retail and restaurant account book, with accountability for net revenue retention.
• Building and executing defensible expansion plans; map new buyers and underused product lines.
• Serve as senior contact for key accounts and maintain relationships beyond the original buyer.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewal conversations with expansion opportunities.
• Stay aligned with product roadmap and translate capabilities into client pitches.
• Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate for leadership visibility.
