Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to lead and negotiate complex software, SaaS, cloud, and strategic partnership agreements. This role advises cross-functional teams and shapes contracting processes to scale growth.

You will work with Sales, Product, Security, and Finance to ensure strategic guidance, risk management, and timely deal execution in a dynamic AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing (United States).
• Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise agreements.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and legal tech tools.
• Ability to research and analyze legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, procurement, and strategic negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services, and partnerships.
• Provide strategic legal advice across business, product, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Improve contracting processes and standard forms to improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI legal technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support pricing initiatives and governance with Finance and stakeholders.
• Manage internal approvals and stakeholder communications.
