Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology transactions (in-house and/or law firm).
• Extensive experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to research and analyze legal issues; manage complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, procurement, and strategic commercial negotiations for software, SaaS, and hybrid cloud services.
• Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial issues and negotiate high-volume contracts.
• Engage with customers to ensure they feel listened to and deliver value.
