Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Experience negotiating technology transactions and complex commercial agreements.

Responsabilités

Lead customer, procurement, and strategic commercial negotiations and transactions across SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and AI offerings.
Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial issues and negotiate high‑volume contracts.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and IT to deliver on time and clarify expectations.
Suggest and implement improvements to contracting processes and standard forms.
Leverage AI legal technology tools to improve efficiency and risk management.
Support pricing governance projects and commercial model optimization with cross-functional partners.
