Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to support its commercial contracting function, focusing on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services and AI-enabled offerings. The candidate will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Security, and other teams to enable growth, manage risk, and optimize contracting processes in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• In-house or law firm experience negotiating technology agreements.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, licensing, cloud and data processing contracts.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, procurement, and strategic negotiations for software and cloud offerings.
