Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to support our commercial contracting function and strategic business initiatives, with a primary focus on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, AI-enabled offerings, and data processing.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of customer-facing and strategic agreements, partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Security, and Compliance, and help develop scalable contracting processes to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and US bar admission.
• Extensive experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise agreements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and legal tech tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
