Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks an experienced attorney to lead and negotiate complex EPC, BoP, MSAs, BESS, and service agreements for utility-scale wind, solar, storage, and transmission projects.

You will draft, review, and negotiate master frameworks and ancillary contracts, advise internal clients on regulatory and risk matters, and coordinate with external counsel from multiple jurisdictions in a hybrid, North America–based role.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC, BoP, MSAs, BESS, and service agreements.
• Proven ability to advise on complex construction and procurement contracts for energy projects.
• Strong risk assessment, regulatory awareness, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations with internal clients and external counsel.
• Experience with master framework agreements and ancillary contracts in large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations, drafting, and review of EPC, BoP, HV, and related agreements.
• Draft and review MSAs, BESS, Tracker, Inverter, MPT, Breaker, TSA agreements.
• Lead LTSAs, SMAs, and O&M agreements in project portfolios.
• Develop and update contract templates and form agreements.
• Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams; manage external counsel.
