Job summary

EDF power solutions seeks an experienced contracts attorney to negotiate and draft engineering procurement and construction agreements for utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects across North America.

You will lead negotiations for EPC/BoP and related procurement and service agreements, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and manage external counsel to support complex renewable energy transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent commercial drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage numerous, challenging work assignments simultaneously under aggressive deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to advise internal clients at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations, drafting and review of EPC, BoP, Early Work, HV, and MPT agreements.
• Lead procurement agreements for MSAs, BESS, Trackers, Inverters, and related supply contracts.
• Oversee master frameworks for Construction, Procurement, Services, and Ancillary Agreements.
