Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel in its Commercial & Innovation Law group located in Houston, TX. The role focuses on provide legal counsel on transactional issues within Hydrocarbons, Feedstocks and Energy & Climate businesses.

You will review documents, advise on risk, and collaborate with a cross-functional legal team to support business objectives. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws required.
• 4+ years practicing as in-house counsel or corporate/commercial/transactional attorney.
• State Bar admission or eligibility.
• U.S. work authorization with no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and solve strategic-level legal challenges for global clients.
• Review and draft legal documents; identify potential legal risk and provide solutions.
• Host client legal trainings on various topics following the Legal team's curriculum.
