Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws required.
• Minimum 4 years in-house or corporate/transactional experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• State Bar admission or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and solve strategic legal challenges for global clients.
• Review and draft contracts, identify legal risks, and provide practical solutions.
• Host client training on legal topics and risk mitigation practices.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage resources effectively.
• Communicate proactively with Legal leadership and clients.
