Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws required.
• Minimum of 4 years practicing as in-house counsel or as a corporate/commercial/transactional attorney.
• Admission to State Bar or eligible for admission.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilités

• Simplify and solve strategic-level legal challenges for global clients.
• Review and draft legal documents; proactively identify legal risk and provide solutions.
• Host client legal training and education on topics aligned with risk mitigation.
• Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and delegation to manage time-sensitive demands.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and non-legal colleagues to meet department goals.
• Proactively communicate with Legal team management and clients.
• Delegate work to paralegals and staff to align with education and abilities.
• Manage outside counsel and external resources per department policies.
