Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws.
• 4+ years practicing as in-house counsel or as a corporate/commercial/transactional attorney.
• Admission to State Bar or eligible for admission.
• United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and solve strategic-level legal challenges for global clients.
• Review and draft legal documents; identify legal risks and provide solutions.
• Host client legal training and education on various topics.
• Collaborate with legal team, business clients, and staff to allocate work effectively.
• Manage outside counsel and external resources per department policy.
