Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of practice.
• Eight+ years of consumer finance litigation experience.
• Experience defending financial services in state and federal courts.
• Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related consumer protection statutes.
• Experience representing mortgage servicers/originators in foreclosures and title disputes.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer finance litigation in state and federal courts.
• Develop and articulate legal strategy and courses of action.
• Collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team to support matters.
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines with professional efficiency.
