Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm seeking a Consumer Finance Litigation Senior Counsel with at least eight years of relevant experience. The role may be filled at any office, including The Link virtual office, with strong preference for candidates licensed in CA, TX, FL, NJ, NY or OH.

The candidate will defend financial services clients in state and federal courts and must be skilled in FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related consumer protection statutes.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of consumer finance litigation experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or ability to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Defend financial services clients in state and federal courts.
• Advise on FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related statutes.
• Handle mortgage servicer/originator disputes, foreclosures and title issues.
