The role supports defense of financial services clients in state and federal courts, including foreclosures and title disputes, across multiple offices or remotely.

Candidates must hold an active state bar license and be able to reside where the firm has a presence or in a state authorized for the virtual office,

Qualifications

• Experience defending financial services companies in state and federal courts.
• Familiarity with consumer protection statutes (FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA).
• Experience representing mortgage servicers/originators in foreclosures and title disputes.

Responsibilities

• Defend financial services clients in state and federal courts.
• Work primarily with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action; manage multiple projects.
