Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business counsel to Savings and Marketing teams within Retail Bank.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and other counsel to ensure consistent support.
• Collaborate with in-house Litigation team on product-related matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and supervise third-party relationships.
• Review policies and customer-facing communications for risk and clarity.
