Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency.
• Experience counseling clients on digital initiatives and/or innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on consumer protection risks across the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze and mitigate UDAAP risks with actionable guidance to Compliance and Legal.
• Advise on digital initiatives including disclosures, signature platforms, and terms.
• Lead development of Legal UDAAP and Consent frameworks.
• Identify regulatory trends and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
