Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws required.

• 4+ years in-house or corporate/transactional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on transactional issues.
• Draft and review complex legal documents for global clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on matters.
• Manage risk and provide training to clients and teams.
• Oversee allocation of legal work to resources.
