Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel to join its Commercial & Innovation Law group in Houston, TX. You will provide strategic legal advice on transactional matters across Dow's Hydrocarbons, Feedstocks and Energy & Climate businesses, supporting global business units.

Ideal candidates hold a JD or LL.M., have at least 4 years as in-house or corporate counsel, and are admitted to a U.S. state bar. Domestic relocation is available for this position.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor or Master of Laws.
4+ years in-house or corporate/transactional law.
Admission to State Bar or eligible for admission.
U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Simplify and solve strategic-level legal challenges for global clients.
Review and draft legal documents; identify legal risks and provide solutions.
Host client legal training on topics aligned with risk mitigation.
Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and delegation to support timely work.
Collaborate with legal and non-legal stakeholders; share knowledge and growth.
