Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or LL.M. required.
• Minimum 4 years in-house or corporate/transactional practice.
• Bar admission to state or eligible for admission.
• Willingness and ability to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Simplify and solve strategic-level legal challenges for global clients.
• Review and draft legal documents; identify potential risk in meetings.
• Provide client education and training on legal topics within risk mitigation practices.
