Job summary
Affirm is seeking a Senior Counsel, Capital Markets to lead capital markets efforts within Corporate Affairs. You will draft and negotiate US and international deal documents, advise on securities laws, and partner with bank groups and product teams.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant law-firm experience; in-house fintech exposure preferred.
- JD degree and US state bar in good standing.
- Experience in structured and/or debt finance (term, revolver, asset-based lending; loan sales; securitizations).
- Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise capital markets on sources and strategies, including international expansion.
- Lead financing transactions and bank partnership initiatives from strategy to closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate US and international capital markets documents.
- Demonstrate knowledge of lending and securities laws applicable to capital markets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams as main contact on capital markets matters.
