Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel for AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development, and legal technology matters. You will report to the General Counsel and serve as a senior, strategic voice shaping policy and guidance across teams.

You will monitor AI law developments, draft internal guidelines, negotiate with vendors, and support product launches while aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the United States.
• Experience with AI, data, and technology legal issues.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and contract management tools.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the lead legal representative for AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide creative, strategic legal advice on commercial, operational, and strategic issues.
• Review and advise on AI-related terms in customer and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Strategy teams to enable growth.
