Ladders is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to join its leadership team in the information technology space. You will partner across AI, product development, and marketing to steer legal strategy and counsel on evolving regulatory issues while enabling responsible innovation.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership.
• 6+ years of in-house or law firm experience in technology law (AI & legal tech).
• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks (U.S. & international).
• Experience with software development and open source licensing issues.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for AI, product development, and marketing.
• Monitor and interpret AI law and regulations, providing actionable guidance.
• Develop internal policies and best practices for compliance with emerging laws.
• Negotiate terms with software vendors and strategic partners.
• Review AI-specific terms in agreements and customer-facing materials.
• Advise on product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support strategic initiatives.
