Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to guide the company on AI-related legal matters, product development, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with engineering, product, and marketing to craft compliant strategies and practical terms for vendors and customers.

You will stay ahead of AI regulatory changes and translate them into actionable guidance, while drafting agreements, optimizing processes, and advising on go-to-market plans in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school plus active US bar membership.
• Six+ years in-house or law firm experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape (US and international).
• Experience with software development, licensing, and open source issues.
• Ability to translate complex AI/tech concepts into business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to legal advisor for AI, product development and marketing issues.
• Monitor AI law developments and communicate actionable guidance.
• Develop internal policies and terms enabling rapid, compliant business activity.
• Negotiate terms with software vendors, partners and collaborators.
• Advise on product launches, GTM strategies and customer-facing materials.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Partner, Customer Success and Strategy teams.
