Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide creative, strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial and regulatory issues.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate responses and solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy teams to align legal guidance with business needs.
