Job summary

A Senior Cost Consultant position with Acuity International involves leading cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. You will direct quality reviews, maintain relationships with project personnel, and support staff development while upholding company values.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 10+ years of experience, CCP certification, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or similar.
• Knowledge of capital cost and services cost.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assists in cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Manages scope change definitions with Engineering and other sources.
• Prepares budgets and cost reports per prescribed standards.
• Leads project team members and supports staff development.
